They installed our pool last fall. Took a lot of planning, work and landscaping as well as a very complicated procedure to get the pool up our narrow laneway! But in the end with a lot of hard work and attention to detail by them we got our pool! Great work and would highly recommend!
They also the only company who felt they could take on the job as a crane could not be used. It took them 10 hours just to inch the pool up our narrow laneway to avoid trees and hydro poles

  I very seldom do reviews and almost never leave five stars. This is a wonderful exception. We bought a new home in March in Newmarket and we wanted to install a pool. It was not an easy project we needed to build a massive retaining wall and then have a reliable company install the pool and time it with the second retaining wall. I got a reply the same day from Candace and they confirmed they had the ability to deliver and install the pool we wanted by end of June or early July. Ryan came out twice to see our site, he was helpful, informed. He went above and beyond to help with layout and design to obtain my permit from the Conservation Authority we back onto and from the City. Communication from all team members was rapid and friendly. Everything happened exactly on schedule and on budget. The pool was priced fairly at a time when demand was high, availability scarce and Ryan could easily have priced himself higher. This speaks volumes about the business ethics and character of this man and his company. Every employee was friendly, courteous and careful. I watched a front end loader operator stop his vehicle, get out, pick up some recycling that had blown out of my bin on pick up day and put it back in the bin before proceeding with his work. A small but telling gesture. At the end of the project Ryan went out of his way to help fix some mistakes our electrical contractor had made. He didn't bill me for the time. I cannot remember ever dealing with such an honest contractor and company. I recommend them with zero hesitation. I have heard half a dozen pool install horror stories from neighbours and business colleagues during this pandemic. I had the great fortune to deal with Canadian Fibreglass Pools, Ryan, Josalyn, RJ, Candace and the rest of the team. Thank YOU!
